Assistant Superintendent, Rehab Project

The successful candidate will be well-organized, and able to work well with a variety of people ranging from subcontractors to municipal representatives, to project laborers. The following skills and qualifications are desired:
– Basic computer skills
– Ability to communicate clearly in speaking, writing, and
email
– Ability to read construction plans
– Ability to manage paperwork and to keep a clean and organized office
– 3+ years of construction experience
– Ability and desire to work in a team atmosphere, with a professional and courteous attitude
– A desire to advance in responsibility

This position will be located at a rehabilitation construction site in San Diego, California, and candidates should live within a reasonable driving distance.
